Meetings ImaginedEvery meeting has a purpose, what's yours?
Meetings Imagined was created to help hotel associates work with clients to plan great events. Articles are updated several times a week. The goal of the articles is to explain the different types of meetings, and provide expert advice from the deep well of talent that Marriott has available. A newsletter is sent weekly, highlighting articles and specific hotels doing interesting things. Hotels can upload photos, which are curated by site administrators. Those that are picked are visible to users browsing the Inspiration Gallery. Users are able to create sets and collaborate with others.
There are several user access levels, and different photos are visible in the gallery depending on the access level. This site uses Drupal, and was launched after 7 months of development to a small group of hotels around the world. More hotels are added every few months, as feedback was gathered and changes were made. Ultimately, the site will be made available to the thousands of Marriott and associated brand hotels around the world.
